FOUNDER & STRATEGIC DIRECTOR

Kate has spent her career at the intersection of strategy and story, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling work and measurable results. She's built brands for AI labs, municipalities, enterprises, higher ed, nonprofits, startups, and everything in between. She's led teams, co-founded an award-winning content firm, and reported on tech trends.

Kate's journalism training means she leads with curiosity, asks the hard questions, and doesn't stop until the work is right.

A relentless believer in the power of purpose-led work, Kate founded Purpose & Proof to help the good ones tell their stories and show up in the world with clarity and confidence.

Kate's favorite things: trains, travel, porches, seafood, yoga, apples, cheese, islands, reading, equality, and laughter as medicine.
